About this room
This is my private music teaching room. I am renting it out while I am away. It has a grand piano in it (please don't set any food or drinks or luggage there!), so it doesn't have a lot of floor space. It does get nice light, however, and looks over a quiet street. Please note that I keep some personal items in the closet as well.

This home offers a clean, comfortable, quiet environment. Rooms are private, but common areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, and hallways are shared.

Shared kitchen with countertop appliances (electric cooktop, small electric oven that fits one 9X13 inch pan). Please keep shared spaces tidy for other guests.
Neighborhood
Friendly neighborhood within walking distance to groceries, banks, restaurants, and public transportation (the K/T light rail train and multiple bus lines).
House rules
Quiet hours 10pm–7am. No smoking. No pets. No additional overnight guests.
Laundry
In-unit washer and dryer, shared and coin operated (quarters required). Please remove laundry promptly.
Utilities
High speed fiber internet provided at no additional cost.
Parking
Street parking is relatively easy in the neighborhood, free, and requires no permit (rare for San Francisco!). Please be careful to observe all street cleaning signs, and do not park in front of or in the driveway.

For resident and property safety, disclosed video security cameras are located in designated shared/common areas. Cameras are not located in bedrooms or bathrooms.
