About this room
Hello there, I have a small room for rent in my house in San Francisco. The room is private, but the other spaces in the house are shared. You will be sharing the bathrooms and kitchen with other guests. Parking on the street is easy and free. Please note that I do provide a clean set of bed clothes and a towel, but I do not provide disposable items such as toilet paper, soap, etc. My home is walkable for most daily needs, and the MUNI K/T rail train stops only a couple blocks away. I look forward to hosting you!

Shared kitchen with countertop appliances (electric cooktop, small electric oven that fits one 9X13 inch pan). Please keep shared spaces tidy for other guests.

Friendly neighborhood within walking distance to groceries, banks, restaurants, and public transportation (the K/T light rail train and multiple bus lines).
House rules
Quiet hours 10pm–7am. No smoking. No pets. No additional overnight guests.
Laundry
In-unit washer and dryer, shared and coin operated (quarters required). Please remove laundry promptly.
Utilities
High speed fiber internet provided at no additional cost.
Parking
Street parking is relatively easy in the neighborhood, free, and requires no permit (rare for San Francisco!). Please be careful to observe all street cleaning signs, and do not park in front of or in the driveway.

For resident and property safety, disclosed video security cameras are located in designated shared/common areas. Cameras are not located in bedrooms or bathrooms.
